We’re excited to kick off another season of learning, connection, and fun together! Please take a moment to read through the information below so you know what to expect for our Fall Co-op days and upcoming activities.

📅 September Dates

• September 14 — Fall Co-op Day at Stockstill Park
• September 21 — 🏰 Field Trip: Arkansas Renaissance Festival
• September 28 — Fall Co-op Day at Library Center of the Ozarks

🕘 Fall Co-op Schedule

Our Fall classes will resume in September with a new meeting time: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM. Due to food regulations at the library, we have adjusted our meeting time for all co-op days to 9:00 AM–12:00 PM.

At Stockstill Park please check in at the big pavilion (next to the playground).

At the Library Center of the Ozarks, the building does not open until 9:00 AM. We will meet outside the lower doors next to the parking lot when you arrive. Once inside, we’ll move into the foyer while the classrooms are being prepared.

We will no longer have a scheduled lunch period. Families who would like to bring lunch and stay to eat together at Stockstill Park after classes are welcome to do so!

👧👦 Registering Your Children

Please add each student individually when registering. A student’s name and age are required so we can make sure we have enough supplies for everyone.

• If you have siblings younger than 5 who will be participating, please register them in the 5–8 age group.
• Teens who are teaching during the co-op day they are signed up to teach do not need to submit tuition for that day.

🎨 Age Groups & Classes

Age groups are:

• 5–8
• 9–11
• 12+

Your child’s age as of September 1 determines their age group for the entire co-op year.

Each age group will have a choice of two classes per hour. Class options may change from week to week, so there will always be something new to explore!

When you arrive and check in, we’ll verify payment and provide a sheet with all the information you need, including that day’s available classes.

👀 Parent Participation & Drop-Off

If your child is under 13, a parent or responsible adult must remain on location for the full three hours. You’ll need to be available to help your child choose classes and navigate between them.

There is no drop-off option unless all of your children attending are 13 or older.

💵 Tuition & Payment

Tuition is $10 per child, per co-op day.

If you are teaching and need a promo code for tuition, please text Jamie at 417-559-2243. Teachers are allowed to bring one student free for the day, for each class period they teach.

Payment is due by 5:00 PM on the Sunday before the Monday you plan to attend.

Payment links for each co-op day will be sent out the week before.
